The terms that govern the use of our website and survey services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our survey services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
SkyView Roof Surveys provides independent roof inspection and reporting services using drone technology. Our reports represent a professional assessment based on visual inspection and aerial imagery. They are not a guarantee of roof condition and do not constitute a structural warranty.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Surveys are booked subject to availability and suitable weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule where safety or image quality may be compromised. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice incur no charge; shorter notice may be subject to a fee.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to withhold reports until payment is received in full.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyView Roof Surveys shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the survey.
6. Intellectual Property
All reports, imagery and content remain the intellectual property of SkyView Roof Surveys until paid in full. Reports are licensed to the commissioning client for their own use and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
